Medium frequency induction furnace cooling part and cooling water technical requirements
Specific requirements for cooling water in different cooling locations
(1) Induction coil, capacitor cooling water system
It is cooled by industrial pressure water. The cooling water pressure should be kept at 0.15~0.20MPa, the water temperature should be kept at the inlet water temperature of 20~35°C, and the outlet water temperature should be lower than 55°C. Condensation can occur when the cooling water temperature is too low. When the water temperature exceeds 55 °C, the cooling water capacity is lost. In order to save water, a circulating cooling system can be used.
(2) Cooling system of thyristor inverter
The thyristor transistor cooling water should meet the following conditions: the cooling water pressure should be kept at 0.15 MPa stably, the water quality should be softened, the hardness should be less than P8, the resistance should be above 20kΩ, and the insoluble matter in water should be less than 0.03mg/L.
In order to ensure the safe use of the medium frequency induction furnace equipment, the cooling water system should implement centralized water supply and return water. The waterway should be equipped with a water pressure alarm device and a water stop warning device to prevent equipment accidents caused by insufficient water pressure or water cut.
